i2 TalentPool is about people. We make it our mission to facilitate the sustainable integration of people of non-German origin into the German job market. That means: we help refugees, asylum seekers and migrants to find a suitable job, support them with work permits according to their immigration status and coach them through the first 6 months of job onboarding. 

With this we strengthen many small and large companies in Bavaria and beyond seeking talent and looking to employ refugees or migrants, thereby promoting diversity in the workplace - because we are convinced: immigration is innovation.

To be able to work independently and to be scalable and self-financed, we are profit-oriented. However, we underline our social objective by committing 25% of our profits to charitable purposes to support refugees and migrants.
